Everyone i dealt with was very nice and seemed to care about getting things right. The problem I have is everything that i asked for (i.e full tank of gas, little money off due to veg condition) the answer is always Cochran don’t allow that or Cochran rules. It makes the whole thing seem like Cochran is the one that don’t care and just wants the sales people to get it done there way or let it go. It is a little frustrating. Again the people I dealt with were all very good. Thanks.

took truck some place else and sat there for over a month cochran got it done in two days and even came and picked up truck. The service manager Mark Bowser was amazing he got stuff done when no one else did! Also thanks to Mike Rizzitano for making the connection with the chevy store.

I arrived without an appointment as I purchased a vehicle from another Cochran dealer and had an issue with the car I purchased three days prior and my salesman had me take it to them. They got me right in and fixed it that day and gave me a loaner car overnight for me to return and pick my car up the next morning.

Appointment was easy. At arrival service advisor was right on. He advise me that I needed a state inspection which I said OK. Oil change was completed and was out in less than 55 min. Great job

I stopped in March 8, looking to trade in my leased vehicle and buy a new car that I had found on the website.
