Went well after taking my gmc from a local dealership to cochran chevrolet and Cochran diagnosed the gmc the next day and I was on my way. Definitely a tricky electrical issue but hopefully its fixed itself as nothing major found. Cleared the codes and started fine. Staff was nice, good communication. I'll be back, but hopefully not too soon!

Tony was an awesome salesman. Very attentive and found a way to work with me for exactly what I wanted. I was concerned with financing due to other recent purchases but he said Alex in finance was good at what he does and not to worry. Sure enough Alex did not disappoint either. Austin was super nice, we bought a nice used car. I most appreciated their ability to not waste my entire Saturday and get me out the door in a reasonable amount of time.
Love the truck, But, when I was crawling underneath it I noticed that two skid plates are missing.
It only came with the front skid plate to make it look like it had them. Not sure if they were on the invoice or not, it was crumbled up on the floor and I could not get it undone. I asked the salesman to look into it. Why would the ZR2 with the offroad package not come with them....

The best in town
Went in to look at a new vehicle and met with David Kurtz and Nik in the financing office. Both were knowledgeable with the whole process and answered all of our questions easily. Very easy to communicate our wants and needs with a new vehicle and got us in just what we wanted the same day. Appreciate the the work from these guys and the family loves the new vehicle. Maybe one day I'll get to drive it as my wife and daughter have claimed it as their own!

I was having so many problems with my 2026 Equinox EV. It had been going on for four months. I took it to Baierl and they kept it for 3 days and didn't fix the issue. I immediate told them it wasn't fix and they ignored my explaination and said it was fix and they would not work on it again. Tom, the service tech at Cocharn was 100% better then Baierl. My car was in for state inspection. I called another dealer who said they couldn’t take my car for at least 10 work days. Cochran got me in and performed the work 2 days from when I called.

The service department is fantastic, took my 2017 Camaro in about a month ago to get some service done and the communication was phenomenal. Kept me up to date at each point something was done and the tech video that was sent to me was very clear and easy to understand. The dealership had the model we were looking for with multiple trim level options available. Kyle was a very no pressure salesperson, who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all of our questions. The staff at the dealership was easy to work with and great with communication, as due to time restrictions on our part, we selected a vehicle and then the next steps had to be completed that evening and the following day.

Went in for 60k routine maintenance on my Colorado Z71. Price was average for a dealership but you can’t take it to a corner garage for certain kinds of maintenance. Need gmc Chevy fluids parts etc. Tom service manager was great and assured me he would fix a problem that was ongoing. He did before I left. The tech heads assigned was really good at his job and able to fix it. thanks guys!
