Great serving along with a great staff. My service was done quickly and I was the door in no time.

Everyone i dealt with was very nice and seemed to care about getting things right. The problem I have is everything that i asked for (i.e full tank of gas, little money off due to veg condition) the answer is always Cochran don’t allow that or Cochran rules. It makes the whole thing seem like Cochran is the one that don’t care and just wants the sales people to get it done there way or let it go. It is a little frustrating. Again the people I dealt with were all very good. Thanks.

They took me ontime as scheduled. They finished right around when they said they would be complete. The pricing was fair and as discussed. I really like their video recaps from the mechanic that is text to you. Good communication. The lady at the check out counter is always very prepared and efficient and i appreciate that.
